Mr Clement Oluranti Buari was a Director. Strategy Management Department of the Central Bank of Nigeria on 19th December 2019 till 2014. He has over 30 years of cognate experience in central banking operations cutting across supervision, management, and strategic decision-making positions with a broad understanding of the interparty of monetary and fiscal in an economy. He joined the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) services on 5th May 1989. He has worked in many strategic business units including the Ibadan Branch, the Governor’s office, Branch Operation, and currency operation. He has worked as the Technical Assistant to the Deputy Governor in charge of finance System stability and Operation Directorate from 1999-2012. He holds a Bachelor of Law Degree (LL.B Hons) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He has attended courses at the Harvard Kennedy School. Boston. The World Bank. Washington Dc. Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Cambridge International Monetary Fund (IMF) Oxford University, UK. He Rose to the Pick of his career as the General Manager, Niger Delta Power Holding Co of Nigeria. National Integration Power Project. He has delivered several projects ranging from low Voltage to high Voltage.  He is an expert in Project Management, Procurement, Contract Management, Inspection and Commissioning. He had his education Between 2009 and 2010 and obtained a master’s in Corporate Governance at Leed Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom while he also obtained his bachelor’s degree at Ahmadu Bello University Zaria between 1980 to 1983. He is a graduate of Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Ilorin with 20 years of experience in Advance Technology, and Foreign Investment Consultancy services. He has worked with West African economy Consultants in Lagos and Thailand Arthemis and Angelio Co Ltd. Including Federal Polytechnic in Eboyi State as Graduate Assistant. He also worked with AKPEDOCK Nigeria Ltd as the Pioneer General Manager. He also worked with the National Pension Commission in 2008 as a consultant as well as GTI Capital Limited as the Head of Information Technology. He Consults Directly with the Vice President of Dangote Group on Dansa Food and Beverages Limited Credit Facility. He joined Merit Telecoms in 2010 as System Manager before going to Eulers Consulting Limited in 2013 -2017 as the General Manager. He Co-founded Bluemotion Enterprise Limited to date as a Director. He worked with Many European companies including Ajike Fabrics Limited In Turkey and the Turkish German Academy as a Graduate Assistant, Industrial Electric and Energy Company in Turkey. He has a wide experience of consultancy for many organization in and around the Globe. He had his Primary Education at the foremost College in the North and later proceeded to the Noble Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. He is an economist and an Accountant with a wealth of experience in the finance sector with a bias towards the areas of risk management, financial portfolio, and engineering as well as managing strategic business relationships. Abubakar was the Managing Director of Bauchi Investment Corporation Limited where he has served for over 14 years working with 4 different State Governors. Bauchi Investment Corporation is a Holding Company for the state Government. He was the Secretary to the state Bureau for Privatization and Economic Reform.
